Fairy Whimsey

My husband took this picture of my daughter years ago and I have been using it in one or two projects. I am thinking of hunting it down and using it to create more sweet fairies.  I've been hording the rest of those pink foil wings for ages.  -thinking of attempting my first fairy house assemblage.

 - for some reason, my boys aren't interested at all in having their pictures attached to fairy wings.

  12. That is utterly beautiful! I have an elderly friend in a rest home who collects angels and would love this picture. Would you mind if I printed a copy of it out for her? Let me know.

  14. In California, with our recent Yes on Prop 8, it's probably a good thing your boys aren't interested in fairies.

  22. I've strolled over from Fete et Fleur. This is so precious. Yes, when my boys were young posing for photos was the last thing on their little heads, Hmmmm, wait a minute now that they're grown... I guess it's still the same.

Thanks for sharing your prized recipe. I can almost smell those delicious apples cooking. I promise to take a pause of appreciation on my first bite...I can't make any promises after that cause I'm sure to be distracted by my own chewing.
Come visit my humble blog sometime.
    Sweet wishes,
