Santa is comming to town!

A re-post of a couple of years ago, because I must post soemthing Christmas here....!

We went to my dad's home for dinner on Saturday where we were feasted with bacon-wrapped-date hors'd'vore  and perfectly cooked lamb with mint jelly.  Georgeann is a fantastic cook but  I wasn't sure the kids would eat lamb, so I just called it chicken.  My daughter had four servings of "chicken."

Their home was fully decorated and very orderly, and filled with Santas.  There were so many Santas that they could be considered a Santa collection.  So I took pictures of all the cute things.  They were everywhere!  I have to admit, I was thinking of Collectin Texas Gal as I snapped the shots.

I even almost sat on Santa, too.

I hope I don't get on the naughty list!

  9. Wow, a fine Santa collection. I'd be a bit nervous with all those pairs of eyes following me around the house! I tell my 6 year old son the same thing, about everything being chicken. Pork and even fish are passed off as chicken. Whatever it takes to make them eat!
